Trusting God

So far everything is set for Liberty except the money. I filled everything out as far as loans and scholarships go. They covered everything except $8,000 or so for the first semester. I thought cool, now I just need to get a student loan, but I needed a co-signer in order to get one.

I left a message on my Dad’s phone about the money I need for school and a couple day’s later he came to me and said he would try to get around $5,000 to start (since Liberty has a payment plan). A few days later I received a notice in the mail that another loan came through and I would owe $5,000. I was in bewilderment, but I knew it was confirmation that I am in the Lord’s will.
As of right now I am waiting on my Dad to see if he can get the money for school. For a while I wasn’t worried at all about the money. I guess I just didn’t think about it. Well, now it’s getting down to the wire and I am starting to worry a little bit. I need to keep my focus and constantly remind myself to “…not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present my requests to God.” Philippians 4:6. If you come across this post, please keep me in prayer that I keep on trusting God in all of this.

Thanks for the comment. I love Utmost, it always seems to speak to me where I am in my life. God is funny like that.

If God wants for you to go to LU, He will work the money thing out.

    btw, do I know you?
